Frequently Asked Questions about Camping Supplies
Where do we ship orders to?
Our Camping store ships camping supplies for camping outdoors to the lower 48 states. We do NOT ship outside the United States. We do not ship any International Orders (Including Puerto Rico, Guam, APO’s and FPO’s. This will include orders that have any connection to International shipments. This goes to both the shipping and billing addresses.
There are no exceptions.
What if my order is out of stock or backordered?
If your camping supplies or tent order from our camping store can't be completed, we will notify you as soon as possible and let you know an estimated date we can ship your order. We apologize for any inconvenience, but will provide the best service possible for your camping outdoors.
Can I stop a package once it has been shipped?
If it was shipped USPS Post Office NO
If it was shipped UPS we can try but it is not always successful and the fee is $10.00 plus return freight. New UPS Returns Service Rates are now in effect.
I ordered the wrong item and want to exchange or return it, what do I do?
Return Merchandise Policy. Permission for any return camping tent or camping supplies merchandise to our camping store must be secured from our return department. You have 30 days from the ship date to receive refunds. You must email the refund request to support@allseasontents.com (with "RETURN" in the subject field), at which time the return authorization number (RA#) with return instructions will be sent to you. No packages for camping outdoors products will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the package. Camping supplies products being returned must have a RA# issued before returned. All camping supplies products must be in new, unopened condition if it is being returned to allseasontents.com.
Once a return is authorized by our return department you should: 1. Return the camping supplies item to the address given to you by our return department. 2. Write the Return Authorization Number clearly on the box or package. 3. Keep your shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of loss of returned merchandise. Returns shipped via U.S. Postal Service (U.S.P.S.) or with a value of over $100.00 should be insured. We can not be held liable for return camping tents or camping supplies merchandise that does not reach our return department.
- Items returned for exchange- will be charged a $10.00 exchange fee plus a shipping charge.
-Camping supplies or camping tents returned for refund- will be charged a 20% restocking fee - $3.00 minimum and 6% credit card processing fee. -All returns must be prepaid
All returns for refund paid by credit card will receive a credit to the credit card.
Any questions concerning an exchange/refund of camping outdoors product should be directed to our customer service department at support@allseasontents.com.
I was shipped the wrong item, what do I do?
If you received different camping supplies than initially purchased from our camping store, the item must be returned with the following:
· All original contents (product, manuals, instructions, etc.).
· Original packaging.
· Original invoice or receipt.
Once a return is authorized by our return department you should:
1. Return item to the address given to you by our return department. 2. Write the Return Authorization Number clearly on the box or package. 3. Keep your shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of loss of returned merchandise. Returns shipped via U.S. Postal Service (U.S.P.S.) or with a value of over $100.00 should be insured. We can not be held liable for return merchandise that does not reach our return department for our camping store.
Once the incorrect item is received back, allseasontents.com will ship out the correct item. If you wish to have the correct camping supplies or camping tents item from our camping store shipped out prior to us receiving back the incorrect item, we can do so, but you will be responsible for the original item’s purchase price should it not get returned.
No express freight methods will be used for camping outdoors items shipped a second time regardless of how the item was originally shipped.
I received a package that was damaged in transit, what do I do?
Damaged shipments of camping supplies from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier. If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing and call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a claim. We are not responsible for damage of camping supplies or camping tents caused by the freight carrier.
Allseasontents.com will not accept camping outdoors merchandise damaged in transit back to our camping store. All claims must be filed with the carrier.
What if your order gets lost in transit?
A claim will be filed for the lost camping supplies package. You should contact our customer service department at support@allseasontents.com, and we will file a claim for your camping outdoors product with the package carrier (UPS, FedEx, RPS, or USPS). These claims can take upwards of 30 days.
If you would like a second shipment to be made, you will be charged for the replacement order from our camping store and be credited for the lost order upon resolution of the lost package.
I have not received my camping supplies product and want to cancel my order, what do I do?
Only camping supplies orders that have not yet been shipped or are not in process can be canceled from our camping store. If the order has not yet shipped or is not in process, notify us at support@allseasontents.com to cancel the order. It is important to notify us immediately if you want to cancel an order, as most camping outdoors orders ship same-day.
If the camping supplies order has been shipped, you will need to follow the normal returns process, if the package is refused then a return freight charge will be added.
What is an address correction fee?
Occasionally, allseasontents.com will be billed for an address correction. UPS charges $5.00 (or $10.00 for express packages) if the address given by you is not exactly correct. This amount will be billed to you as needed.
